Supplies Needed:

Okey dokey let's get to it!
Open a new image 650 x 650 pixels and flood fill white. Copy and paste 3 papers from Christon's kit. Resize them 50%. We need to rotate 2 of them so choose the 2 that are the bottom ones in your layer palette and go to Image > Free Rotate and rotate one 25 degree's left and the other 25 degree's right. Position in your canvas like mine. Hide your white background and merge your papers visible. Un-hide your background. Duplicate this paper layer and on the original resize it 95% and go to Adjust > Blur > Gaussian Blur setting the radius to 40. Duplicate this blurred layer and on the duplicate resize 90% and Effects > Distortion Effects > Spikey Halo with settings below. Or, if you are using an older version of PSP that does not have these settings, you can use the one I supplied.
Drop shadow your original paper layer. Copy and paste a frame from the kit., resize 95%. Magic Wand tolerance 20 feather 0 and click inside the frame. Selections > Modify > Expand by 6. New raster layer and flood fill this new layer with a gradiant using 2 colors of choice for your Foreground and Background in your material palette. I used for my FG color e41a80 BG 9e31b0 Angle 0 Repeats 1. Selections > Select none. Move this flood filled layer below your frame on your layer palette.
Copy and paste your tube, drop shadow. I shadowed mine H4 V6 Opacity 50 Blur 20. Erase any hanging over the bottom of the frame. Copy and paste 3 of the bead dividers, resize 50%, drop shadow and position them. Hide all layers except these beads and merge them visible. Un-hide all layers. Place them below the frame on your layer palette and erase any showing through on the sides. Drop shadow your frame.
Copy and paste any embellishments from the kit that you like, reisze, position and drop shadow them. Copy and paste the doodle, position it, duplicate and Image > Mirror Image > Flip. Place it just above the spikey halo layer in your layer palette. Add your copyright, watermark and name. Font I used is Will&Grace which I've supplied. Crop and resize all layers to your liking.
Save as a jpg or png and that's it you're done!
