Supplies Needed:

Tube of choice. I am using the wicked art of Keith Garvey, you can purchase a license to use his art HERE at MPT. Scrap Kit Stardust and Sprinkles by Christon HERE. Thankyou Christon!! My supplies HERE.

Okey dokey let's get to it!

Open a new image 650 x 700 pixels and flood fill white. Copy and paste frame 2 from Christon's kit and resize (bicubic) 120%. Copy and paste paper 7 (or your choice) resize 60%. Magic Wand tolerance 10 feather 0 and click inside the frame making sure you click the teensy weensy parts where the ribbon is on the left side. It's ok if you select more than those parts, the paper will be underneath anyway. Selections > Modify > Expand by 6 Selections > Invert and delete on your paper. Selections > Select none. Move your paper below your frame in your layer palette. Copy and paste your tube, position and drop shadow. Erase any hanging over the bottom of the frame. Duplicate your frame and on the original go to Adjust Blur > Gaussian Blur with radius of 40. Effects > Distortion Effects > Twirl with setting at 720 degrees. Next Texture Effects > Blinds with settings below.

Change the blend mode of this layer to multiply. Drop shadow your duplicated frame. Copy and paste buckle 2 from the kit, resize 70%, position on the bottom left side of the frame. Duplicate and Image > Mirror. Line them up on the frame like mine. C&P the chain I supplied and line it up with the buckles. Zoom in and erase a tiny bit of the chain so it looks like it is looped through the buckle clasps. Drop shadow the buckles (I already shadowed the chain) Hide all layers except your buckles and chain and merge these visible. Un-hide all layers. Copy and paste any other embellishments from the kit you choose, resize and drop shadow. C&P my butterfly, resize, duplicate if you wish and position them. Paste the doodle I supplied, position, duplicate and Image > Mirror. Move these doodles just above your blurred layer in your layer palette.

Add your copyright, watermark and name. Font I used is Will&Grace which I've supplied. Crop and resize all layers to your liking.

Save as a jpg or png and that's it you're done!

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial!
