Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice. I am using the very cool art of PinUpToons, you can purchase a license to use them HERE at CILM. Scrap Kit Caramel by Christon HERE . Thank you Christon!! You have to now register with her site to access the free kits. ( It only takes a minute) Click on the green arrow under the kit's preview to download. My supplies HERE.
Alright let's make a tag!
Open a new image 650 x 650 pixels and flood fill white. Copy and paste 3 papers from the kit, resize each 50%. On the bottom one go to Image > Free Rotate and rotate left 20 degrees. Paper on top of that one Free Rotate right 20 degrees. Hide your white background and merge these 3 paper payers visible. Un-hide your background. Duplicate this merged layer and on the duplicate resize 90%. On the original go to Adjust > Blur > Radial Blur with settings below.
Effects > Texture Effects > Weave with settings Gap size 1 Width 7 Opacity 10 Weave and Gap Color white Fill Gaps checked. Drop shadow your duplicate merged layer.
C&P a 4th paper, resize 50%. Paste one of the frames. Magic Wand tolerance 20 feather 0 and click inside the frame making sure you click the parts around the ribbon. Selections > Modify > Expand by 6 Selections > Invert and delete on your 4th paper. Selections > Select none. Copy and paste your tube, position and duplicate it. Move the original below your frame in your layer palette and drop shadow it. On the top duplicate tube, erase the part of her that is on top of the right side where the ribbon is so it looks like she is crawling out of the frame. Drop shadow the frame. Hide all layers except your 2 tubes, frame and 4th paper inside the frame. Merge these visible. Unhide all layers.
Copy and paste any embellishments from the kit you like, resize, position and drop shadow them. C&P the grass I supplied, duplicate as many as you want. If you position one by your tubes arm like I did just erase what is showing on top of her arm. Paste the doodle and place just above your blurred layer in your palette. Add your copright, watermark and name. Font I used is Will&Grace which I've supplied. Crop and resize all layers to your liking.
Save as a jpg or png and that's it you're done!
