Supplies Needed:
4 tubes of choice. I am using the lovely art of Jennifer Janesko, you can purchase a license to use her art HERE at CILM. Scrap Kit Grungy Days by Christon HERE. Thank you Christon!! Word art by Weescotslass. Thank you Chelle!! My supplies HERE including frame and background made by me. If any of the other supplies are your's, please let me know so I can take them down or give you proper credit.
Alrighty let's get to it!
Open a new image 650 x 650 pixels and flood fill white. Copy and paste my Background Paper I made using one of Christon's papers. Copy and paste my Frame GG. Magic Wand tolerance 20 feather 0 and click inside one of the squares in the frame. Copy and paste a paper from the kit, resize 40% or your choice. Selections > Modify > Expand by 4. Selections > Invert and delete on your paper layer. Selections > Select none. Move this paper layer below your frame on your layer palette. Repeat these steps with 2 other papers inside the other 2 squares of the frame.
Copy and paste one of your tubes, resize as needed and drop shadow it. Position it inside a square in the frame. Magic Wand again same settings as above, Selections > Modify > Expand by 4 Selections > Invert and delete on your tube layer. Move your tube below the frame but above your paper on your layer palette. Repeat these steps with 2 more tubes inside the frame Squares. Once you're done with that drop shadow your frame. Hide your white background and my background and merge the other layers visible. Un-hide all layers.
Copy and paste any embellishments from Christon's kit, resize and drop shadow them. Open up the key in my supplies. I've already selected the part of the ribbon on it to colorize your choice if you don't want to use the color I made it. Selections > Select none and copy and paste the key. Image > Free rotate > Rotate left 90 degree's. Resize, position and drop shadow.
Copy and paste the the spiral bling, position where you like and colorize a complimenting color to match your tubes. Place this just above my background paper under the frame on your layer palette. Duplicate and Image > Mirror > Image Flip. Drop shadow them both. Copy and paste your main tube, resize if needed, drop shadow and position where you like. Copy and paste the word art by Chelle, resize and position. Add your copyright, watermark and name. Crop and resize all layers to your liking. If you don't want to do the animation then save as a jpg or png and that's it you're done!
Animation:
Hide all layers except your 2 blings and merge these visible. Un-hide all layers. While still on the merged bling layers go to Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise and apply with settings below.
Copy merged and paste in Animation Shop as a new animation. Back to PSP, undo the noise effect and re-apply but change the Noise % to 47. Copy merged again and paste in AS after your first frame. Back to PSP and repeat these steps but change the Noise % to 49. You should now have 3 frames in AS. View your animation. Cool sparkly blings huh? Fantastic!!
Save as a gif and that's it you're done!
